We accept cash and card payments for treatments on the day. We DO NOT currently offer payment plans – payment for consultation is always taken upon booking.
All consultation appointments are chargeable. The fee is redeemable against eligible aesthetic treatment(s) on the same day only. The fee is non-refundable, and non-transferable – all prices that are provided for treatments are guide prices only.
The cost of the admin fees for your prescription is included in the £125.00 dermatology consultation – please note any prescribed medication will incur a cost at your chosen pharmacy*. If a prescription is needed outside of a dermatology consultation a charge of £30.00 is applied as well as the cost of the product from the pharmacy.

We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you cancel your appointment in the 72 hour period prior to your appointment any payment made would be lost and a further payment would be required to rebook.
Please note we also operate a late policy of ten minutes. If you are more than ten minutes late to an appointment any payment made would be lost and a further payment would be required to rebook.
If you are looking to purchase products only, a virtual consultation is needed. The £45.00 fee is redeemable from the cost of products. Please note that if products are not purchased, the £45.00 would be a fee and is non refundable*.

Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, is a common but often distressing condition where the body produces more sweat than is needed to regulate temperature. Unlike normal sweating, which occurs during heat or exercise, hyperhidrosis can happen without any obvious trigger, affecting daily life, confidence, and comfort.
The gold standard treatment for primary hyperhidrosis, especially under the arms, is neuromodulator injections. This highly effective, non-surgical procedure works by temporarily blocking the nerves that stimulate sweat glands, dramatically reducing sweat production in the treated area.
Acne cysts are painful, inflamed lumps caused by severe acne that form deep under the skin and can lead to scarring if untreated. Epidermoid cysts, often mistaken for sebaceous cysts, are benign, slow-growing lumps caused by trapped skin cells, typically painless unless infected.

A first-line treatment where corticosteroids are injected directly into the keloid to reduce inflammation, itchiness, and thickness. Multiple sessions are often needed.
Surgical keloid scar removal is a procedure where the doctor excises the keloid scar tissue, a thick, raised scar resulting from excessive tissue growth. During this procedure, a local anaesthetic, a numbing injection, is applied to ensure you remain comfortable and pain-free. The doctor carefully removes the keloid, taking care to minimise damage to the surrounding skin. After surgery, the wound is covered with a pressure dressing to help reduce the risk of recurrence.
A doctor may suggest a steroid-based hay fever injection when symptoms become severe and unmanageable. However it’s important to understand the potential side effects before deciding to go ahead, a consultation would be needed prior to any treatment.
The hay fever treatment temporarily suppresses the body’s immune system to provide relief from severe symptoms. One treatment can ease those symptoms for up to 12 weeks, but relief can last longer. However, as this medication involves suppressing natural immune responses, it’s always a last resort. Most people respond to antihistamine medications, nasal sprays and eye drops

🔹 Cryotherapy – A quick and effective method that involves freezing the wart with liquid nitrogen, causing it to fall off naturally over time.
🔹 Scraping (Curettage) – The wart is gently scraped away after softening the skin, often combined with other treatments for improved results.
