You can cancel at any time. If you haven’t completed the 6-month minimum, treatments you’ve already used will be charged at full price, and any balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign up. If you cancel within this time and no treatments have been used, you’ll receive a full refund. If you begin treatment during the cooling-off period, the cost of any treatments received will be deducted from your refund at the full standard rate.
