We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for all our appointments.

We DO NOT treat any lesions suspected of being cancerous by your doctor.
Our doctors are extensively trained in dermoscopy. We carry out a detailed examination in person to confirm lesions are safe before any treatment.
For private areas, we are required to have a chaperone present.
Please book into our Edgbaston or Sutton Coldfield clinic for any lesions near breasts or genital areas. This is to ensure the safety of our patients and our doctors.
Uploading photos can be really useful in planning for your appointment.
You can upload them online via the link in your email or WhatsApp us. In preparation for your appointment, you will also receive a medical questionnaire for you to complete via email. Please check your junk.
All appointments and treatments are chargeable.
Limited consultation fees are redeemable towards selected treatments on the same day only*. The fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different date. Most treatments can be performed on the same day, subject to suitability and availability.
