All consultations and treatment appointments are chargeable. Most treatments and procedures can be performed on the same day. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to high demand, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy. For packages, you risk losing your treatment session.

We DO NOT treat any lesions suspected of being cancerous by your doctor.
Our doctors are extensively trained in dermoscopy. We carry out a detailed examination in person to confirm lesions are safe before any treatment.
For private areas, we are required to have a chaperone present.
Please book into our Sutton Coldfield or Edgbaston Clinic for any lesions near breasts or genital areas. This is to ensure the safety of our patients and our doctors.
Uploading photos can be really useful in planning for your appointment.
You can upload them online via the link in your email or WhatsApp us. In preparation for your appointment, you will also receive a medical questionnaire for you to complete via email. Please check your junk.
